Autumn is well and truly here. This is my favourite time of year, the trees are changing colour and losing their leaves, we are stewing plenty of apples for pies and crumbles, the log burner is lit and it means I can dig out my chunky tights, boots and start cosy-ing up! We have some beautiful autumnal fabrics in stock and I wanted to show you some of them.
This dragonfly crepe has proved to be very popular. It has lovely drape and would make a stunning pussy bow blouse.
If you are looking for an eye catching print these two jerseys are just perfect. They are a lovely weight and would make beautiful Tilly and the Buttons Coco Dresses or they could be used for a contrast front panel on a Sew Over it Heather Dress.
This marl grey jersey is the perfect weight to make clothing to layer, I have my eye on the Papercut Patterns Rise and Fall Turtle Neck.
The colours on this mosaic viscose dressmaking fabric are so autumnal! I could see it made up into a Tilly and the Buttons Bettine dress worn with tights, boots and a chunky cardigan. Or sewn up into a pussy bow blouse to wear with jeans.
