My First Linden Sweatshirt!
How have I not made a Grainline Linden Sweatshirt before? It is such a lovely pattern!
I downloaded the pdf pattern and spent an evening in front of the fire sticking it together. Sewing it up only took a couple of hours. The instructions were easy to follow. I used my sewing machine and then finished the seams with my overlocker as I wanted to make sure the size was correct before overlocking. I made this up in a Size 4 using some of our Grey and Red Flocked Jersey . I love the style of this top and the raglan sleeves.
Even though i’m pleased with how this turned out, I think it would look better in a thicker jersey. I will still wear this one either with a top underneath or a cardi over the top. I am planning my next one in this jersey . I also think it is a little big so my next one will be a size smaller.
