We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

We are required to keep order information for 6 years for UK tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.


If you sign up to our marketing emails we will continue to send them to you until you opt out of receiving them.


We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.


Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.


Any information you provide on our website is stored on secure servers in the UK. Our website is hosted in the UK.


We have an SSL certificate which encrypts the data that you send across the internet when using this website, however we cannot guarantee the security of any data that is transmitted across the internet. The internet is never 100% secure.




What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you;


WordPress and Woocommerce

Our website is built using WordPress and Woocommerce. When you place an order through our website we receive your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address and Voucher Code (if you used one). This information allows us to process and send you your order, or to get in touch for any reason related to your order (such as refunds).



We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We do not have access to any of your payment details.

Mailchimp Newsletter

Mailchimp is the marketing automation tool that we use to send out our newsletter. There is a form to signup to our newsletter on our website. We will only send you our marketing newsletters if you sign up using this form. To sign up you simply need to provide your email address. Your email address (and any other details you share when you sign up to the newsletter, such as your name) will be stored on Mailchimp.

Every marketing email we send through Mailchimp has an unsubscribe link in the footer and an option to update your preferences. This means that you can change your mind at any time.


Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail to send online orders. To do this we need to provide them with your name and delivery address.


Google Analytics

Google Analytics monitors traffic on our website, it collects and analyses anonymous usage data. It does this by using a tracking cookie.
