This pretty viscose dressmaking fabric has a cornflower blue background with a white floral pattern across it. It is so soft and has a lovely drape. You could use this fabric to sew yourself a blouse, dress or skirt. I think it would be beautiful made up into a True Bias Shelby Dress.
