The Weekly Stitch: 14/07/2025

On Wednesday I had a lovely day sewing with my mum. We really should make time to do it more often! I nearly finished sewing my Archipel top, I just need to sew the buttons on. I'm so pleased with it! This weekend I also hemmed a pair of Megan Nielsen Flint Trousers—I’m not sure why I put it off for so long!

A fabric rep is coming to visit this week, I can’t wait to see their gorgeous new fabrics. Are you still sewing summer garments, or have you started thinking about your projects for next season? If there’s a particular type of fabric you’re looking for, please leave a comment or send me an email (hello@sewsewsew.co.uk) and let me know, I’d love to help you find it.
