Refund policy

Cut fabrics and remnants are not returnable unless they are faulty.

 

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged or faulty please email hello@sewsewsew.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange a return, exchange or refund. Please include photographs of the fault or damage to your items and photographs of the packaging if your order was damaged in the post. We will pay for shipping costs to return the damaged or faulty item and will send a replacement where possible. If it is not possible to replace the item then a refund will be issued.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with items in your order (excluding cut fabrics, remnants and A0 printed patterns which are not returnable) please email hello@sewsewsew.co.uk to arrange a return and refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in brand new condition (in their original packaging, unopened and unused). The customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once your return has been received we will email you to let you know that it has arrived. If your items are in brand new condition (in their original packaging, unopened and unused) we will issue you a refund excluding the original delivery charge you paid when you placed the order.
