This blue viscose jersey is soft, smooth, and beautifully drapey, perfect for sewing t-shirts, tops, dresses, and comfy loungewear. It has a lovely stretch and recovery making it comfortable to wear.

A beautiful blue fabric that would look amazing sewn up into any garment.

Fabric details:

• Composition: 92% Viscose 8% Elastane

• Width: Approx 155cm

• Weight: 230gsm

• Opacity: Opaque

• Stretch: Around 60% both widthways and lengthways

• Construction: Knit

Sewing notes:

• On a regular sewing machine, use a stretch stitch or a narrow zigzag to keep seams flexible

• You can also use an overlocker/serger if you have one

• Use a ballpoint or stretch needle. They have a rounded tip which passes through the knit fabric without damaging it or causing skipped stitches

• Lay the fabric flat when cutting and avoid it hanging off the table to prevent stretching or distortion

• Pre-wash before cutting as viscose can shrink slightly
