Hallie Viscose Twill Fabric has a navy background and a beautiful floral design in shades of blue and green across it. You could use this fabric to make yourself a gorgeous dress, blouse, skirt, jumpsuit or top.

Viscose twill fabrics are slightly heavier than a viscose lawn and are perfect for this time of year. The twill weave gives the fabric a lovely drape.
