This off white cotton jersey fabric has ruffles across it which will add a lovely detail to garments made in it. It is perfect for sewing yourself a t-shirt.
Fabric is sold by the half metre. To order 0.5 metres enter 1 in the quantity box, to order 1 metre enter 2 in the quantity box, to order 1.5 metres enter 3 in the quantity box and so on
