This stretch cotton twill fabric is made from a blend of cotton and lycra. It has the characteristic diagonal ridges of the twill weave. It is medium weight with a slight amount of stretch so that garments made in it have a little bit of give making them comfortable to wear. You could use this fabric to sew yourself a pair of trousers, a jacket or a skirt.
